1. Digital products

All products in our store are digital content delivered electronically (downloads). No physical items are shipped.

2. Right of withdrawal and when it is lost

If you are a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery of the content has begun (for example, once the download becomes available to you), provided that before placing the order:

and that we then sent you confirmation of this on a durable medium (e.g. in your order confirmation email). This follows Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.

You give this consent and acknowledgment by ticking the checkbox at checkout. If delivery of the content has not yet begun, you may still withdraw from the contract within 14 days by contacting us at admin@sharesquare.cc.

3. Faulty or non-conforming products

Losing the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, incomplete, or does not match its description. If this happens, contact us at admin@sharesquare.cc describing the problem. We will first try to fix it or provide a working version of the file. If we cannot do so within a reasonable time, or if the defect is significant, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund in accordance with Polish law on digital content.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the decision, using the same payment method you used for the purchase (card via Stripe or PayPal), unless you expressly agree to another method. You will not bear any fees for the refund.

5. Complaints

We respond to complaints within 14 days of receiving them. Please include your order number, your email address used for the purchase, and a description of the problem.

6. Out-of-court dispute resolution

If you are a consumer, you may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, for example through your local consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej). Using these procedures is voluntary for both parties.

7. Business customers

If you purchase as a business, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Some consumer protections also apply to sole traders buying for purposes not of a professional nature for them, as provided by Polish law.
